Common questions
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose White Noise: Background Sounds, and manage or cancel there. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the app, go to Settings (gear icon), and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple ID you subscribed with.
How does the free trial work?
New subscribers get a 3-day free trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, the subscription begins at the price shown in the app. You can cancel any time during the trial and keep access until it ends.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are billed by Apple, so refunds go through them: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase. Apple usually responds within a day or two.
